this was the scene each and every morning last year when we dropped boon off at his classroom. a brotherly lovefest. hugs and smooches and whatnot. ok, no whatnot. well, brotherly whatnot. ok. moving on.
these guys really love each other. and i think they genuinely miss each other when they are apart, too. funny. they also fight a lot when they are together. but heck, it's all good, right?
it was such a sight each morning. they'd often attract the attention of other adults. let's just say this public display of brotherly affection was not the norm at the elementary school. and i, for one, am very proud that it was my boys to buck the norm.
